Large onsen bath separate gender was very helpful after long day of walking. Laundry machine was reasonable good but only takes 3 kg clothes for clothes to dry through well. A small challenge for a family of 4 volume. Location close to bus stop. Got an ice machine near vending.

The room was cozy and comfortable providing amenities like a fridge, plenty of towels, kimonos, slippers and hygiene amenities. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The reception provides free coffee and tea and a microwave 24h a day which is very nice too. Exceptionally good breakfast which is well organised by time slots for each guest. For a little fee (4 USD) one can use the gym which is equipped with dumbbells, cable pulls, bikes and such. All in all a great stay!

I was looking for something not far from the train station with a gym as I had to workout so decided that this hotel was a great option. The location is really good - 20mins walk from train station but also there is a metro nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants and actually a quite busy city center is also within walking distance. Room was typical like in every Japanese hotel - a bed, TV, desk; slippers for more comfort and bathroom with amenities and refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

I value a hotel because it meets expectations. But I value a hotel even more when there is a mistake and they correct it. My second night in the room there was a clicking noise keeping me up. They gave me a new room on the spot. We all make mistakes but I value a person more when they correct them.

The hotel was perfect for me. The convenient location, good variety of food, room facilities and everything, whenever I return to Kyoto I will surely stay at this hotel. The room was not so small for a japanese hotel and had everything needed. The very big bathroom was a nice surprise.

Breakfast was too Asian! they should put more options I’m not used to have fish, rice, salad early in the morning I prefer egg’s and tost but the facilities were quite good

Great hotel in an amazing location, just near bus /train stations to every thing you want in Kyoto. The staff is extremely nice. Overall great value for money.

They put so much details in their room design to ensure its super comfy! Room, breakfast & welcome drink... Love it so much!
